How to Share the Screen on Teams

Here's how to share the screen in Teams. In Teams meetings you can also share individual windows, whiteboards, presentations, and other resources.

1. In the meeting window, click on the ‘Share' option in the top right-hand side corner.

2. Select the Screen option to share your screen, or on other available resources you can share.

3. When you wish to stop sharing, click on the ‘Stop sharing’ option at the top of the meeting window, or do the same in the pop-up meeting controls at the top of your screen.
