How to Ping Someone on Teams

Here's how to get someone's attention in a channel conversation or a chat.

1. When you post something in any channel you can use @general to notify everyone in the general channel.

2. You also have the option to notify everyone in the channel by using @channelname.

3. You can also notify a person in that particular channel to mark it as important for him or her in the message field.
